Primary Responsibilities
Answer the call. Answer our customers' wide-array of questions while providing an effortless shared value customer experience.
Meet the need. Identify and meet the customers' needs by providing advice, guidance and education on the full range of our products and services.
Keep your eye on the prize. Improve customer retention through programs and services provided to the customer.
Build relationships. Use effective techniques to solidify and build the customers' relationship with us.
Own it. You'll need to complete all the necessary steps to make sure your customers' needs are completely met.
Put people first. Be the banker you'd want to bank with, by providing excellent service and answering all questions. service and answering all of their questions.
This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime under the non-exempt FLSA classification for hours worked in excess of 40 per week.
This position is incentive eligible.
High school diploma or GED
Applicants will be expected to pass any assessment associated with the position
Onboarding includes three weeks' instructor led and two weeks on-the-job training
Skills and Competencies
Effective time management skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Computer skills with the ability to navigate various systems
Ability to multi-task
Ability to make recommendations to customers about different products/services
Ability to work a flexible schedule which includes all hours of the contact center
One year customer service or production experience

This an overnight shift
Must be available to work Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM for the first five weeks of employment.
After first five weeks, must be available to work:
7PM Monday €“ 6AM Tuesday
7PM Tuesday €“ 6AM Wednesday
7PM Thursday €“ 6AM Friday
7PM Friday €“ 6AM Saturday

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
