ABC 33/40 has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Weekend Sports Anchor / Reporter. Previous anchoring experience is required. The ideal candidate should have considerable live shot experience. We are looking for a strong writer, someone with sharp wit and the ability to work well with others. We're also looking for someone who is a self-starter and who can generate his or her own story ideas on a daily basis. Sports knowledge is a given. SEC sports knowledge is desired.
The winning candidate will be able to demonstrate enterprise reporting and creativity in story-telling. Exemplary communication skills and previous experience working in a team environment are a must. You will be required to produce daily content on a variety of platforms including the internet and social networks, along with performing other duties as assigned by the news managers. Ability to work under deadline and on a flexible schedule that will include evenings and/or weekends is required.
You must have 3-5 years on-air experience as a sports anchor. If you have the required experience and skills, please apply online.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
