Corporate Banking Systems Group Manager

Job Description:
At Regions, the Corporate Banking Systems Group Manager serves as the principal subject matter expert for Corporate Banking systems and processes, including origination and administration. The group manager services as the architect for Corporate Banking business requirements and the ongoing interface with technology, paralenders, and specialized lending groups.
Primary Responsibilities
?Conducts research and administers the changes and/or updates to systems
?Oversees the implementation of software, which may be internally developed or purchased from a third party
Coordinate with IT, operations, the business functions and other dependent parties for governance and delivery of system deliveries and enhancements.
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Management Information Systems or a directly-related field
Seven years work experience in commercial banking
Working knowledge of loan origination, underwriting and administration
Working knowledge of loan origination and administration systems
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong understanding of internal controls
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong follow-through and attention to detail
Main Objective:
Oversight and support of the nCino application, primarily Salesforce and MS .Net.
Primary Responsibilities:
Coordination and mentorship of Apps Development team, including Business Analysts, Application Administrators, and Developers
Provide functional and technical guidance to both development team and the business
Ensuring project and task deadlines for team are met, and maintaining timely delivery for assignments
Assisting in investigation of new systems and planning of upgrades / enhancements
Project and program management for both team and departmental initiatives
Ensure team members maintain best practices around unit testing, code reviews, documentation and change control.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Management or related field required
6+ years of relevant experience required
2+ years direct management/supervisory experience required
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and build solid business relationships
Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills
Hands on experience with SDLC methods and tools (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)
Preferences:
Expertise in one or more of the following Salesforce product lines: Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud
Salesforce Administration or Development certification preferred
Experience implementing Continuous Deployment.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
