Client Services Trainer

Job Description:
Regions, the Training Specialist administers, organizes, and conducts training and educational programs in connection with management and promotional development, on-the-job training, and employee orientation. This position also maintains records of training activities and employee progress and monitors effectiveness.
Primary Responsibilities
Conducts new hire orientation and training and continuing education for current associates
Formulates teaching outline and determines instructional methods
Assesses trainees to measure progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training
Becomes a subject matter expert on all products, systems and policies they are responsible for training
Develops training curriculum and department training calendar
Provides one-on-one coaching/training for associates who need more personalized attention
Attends various projects team meetings responsible for developing new products or planning upgrades to existing products
Collaborates with other training-related professionals to determine associate training needs
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related field
Five (5) years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities
Skills and Competencies
Advanced knowledge of implementation and facilitation of technical, operational, and/or specialty training events and programs
Teaching and facilitation skills
Ability to assess training needs and objectives
Ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate responsive programs and initiatives including training plans, curricula, and methodology
Effective interpersonal and communication skills

Works with the Documentation Specialist to ensure all materials used during instructor lead training are current and accurate
Works with Quality Analyst to determine associate training needs
Bachelor's degree in related field
At least 3-5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
Broad and deep knowledge of Treasury Management products and services and their overall functionality
Knowledge of implementation and facilitation of technical, operational, and/or specialty training events and programs
Teaching and facilitation skills
Ability to assess training needs and objectives
Ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate responsive programs and initiatives including training plans, curricula, and methodology
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
