Job Description:
At Regions, the Quality/Process Improvement Analyst develops and implements programs to establish and maintain quality standards of existing products and services, as well as developing programs that focus on quality improvement. The incumbent will solve routine problems and work with moderate supervision.
Primary Responsibilities
Assists with pre- and post- performance analysis that ultimately enhance and improve risk mitigation processes
Measures and compares current processes with identified procedures and policies, monitors processes, and provides management summaries with recommendations for error prevention
Promotes best practices and implements solutions
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
High school diploma and one (1) year quality assurance and/or audit experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience with project management software (ex: Microsoft Project)
Skills and Competencies
Effective analytical and critical thinking skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to managing multiple tasks and projects
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
